I have no idea what I would do without my keyboard…Not only for typing, but also for “short-cutting”. I use keyboard shortcuts in every single program I work with. It makes work much quicker and easier. And with Windows 7 we’ve got some old but also some cool new shortcuts that makes working on your PC even faster.
If you consider yourself a speedy worker then you probably already know most of these keyboard shortcuts, but for those of you just starting out or who want to blast through your work, here are 10 really great and essential windows 7 shortcuts that you should know.
Windows 7 Keyboard Shorcuts
1. Win+Home: Minimizes all your inactive windows, giving you quick access to the desktop (great for when your boss walks by or shows up unexpectedly)
2. Win+Up/Down: Minimizes or maximizes your active window
3.Win+Let/Right Arrow: Docks your active window to the corresponding side of the screen
4. Shift+Win+Left Arrow: Shuffles the active window to an adjecent monitor
5. Click And Shake Window: Minimizes all other windows besides the one that you are shaking
6. Win + Tab: Starts the flip 3D windows view
7. CTRL + Z: Undoes an action
8. CTRL + A: Selects all items in a document or window
9. CTRL + C or CTRL + X: The first one is for copying and the second for cutting
10. CTRL + V: Paste
